Where do you ship from?
We ship from Perth, WA. If you’re in the eastern states, we recommend choosing Express for faster delivery, especially if you’re not in a capital city or are outside a metropolitan area.
Who do you use for shipping?
We ship all orders via Australia Post, offering both Standard Parcel Post and Express Post services.
How long does Standard take?
Standard Parcel Post usually takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location. If you’re in the Perth Metro area, Standard is a very fast option. If you’re in the eastern states, this service travels by truck or rail. The time frame is an estimate provided by Australia Post and may take extra days if you are based in a regional area.

How long does Express take?
Express Post usually takes 1–3 business days within the Express Post network. If you’re in the Perth Metro area, delivery to other metro capitals is typically overnight. Express to the eastern states travels by air, making it much faster and more convenient for only a slightly higher cost. Delivery times are based on Australia Post estimates and may take longer for regional or remote locations.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number and a link to track your parcel online. You can click the link or enter the tracking number on the Australia Post website to see the latest updates.
It’s best to sign up or place an order using your email address, as we’ll send your Australia Post tracking number and a link to track your order directly to your inbox.
Australia Post tracking can sometimes be slow to update, but if you’ve received a tracking number from us, it means your order has been packed and will be lodged the next business day between 5:00 am – 6:00 am Australian Western Standard Time (AWST).

We aim to pack and send all orders within 24 hours of being placed. Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. All parcels are lodged with Australia Post between 5:00 am – 6:00 am Australian Western Standard Time (AWST) on business days.

How quickly do you process international orders?
We dispatch all international orders within 24 hours of being placed, or on the next business day if the order is placed on a weekend or Australian public holiday. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is shipped so you can follow its journey from Perth, Western Australia, to your destination.
