Where do you ship from?


We ship from Perth, WA. 1-3 days to most areas in Australia.

How long does Shipping take?


Express Post usually takes 1–3 business days within the Express Post network. If you’re in the Perth Metro area, delivery to other metro capitals is typically overnight. Express to the eastern states travels by air. Delivery times are based on Australia Post estimates and may take longer for regional or remote locations.

Please Note: Shipping times are counted from the day of lodgment, which is within 24 hours of your order being placed or the next business day if your order is placed on a weekend. Please note, time frames are in business days (weekends and public holidays are not business days).



How do I track my order?


Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number and a link to track your parcel online. You can click the link or enter the tracking number on the Australia Post website to see the latest updates.

It’s best to sign up or place an order using your email address, as we’ll send your Australia Post tracking number and a link to track your order directly to your inbox.

Australia Post tracking can sometimes be slow to update, but if you’ve received a tracking number from us, it means your order has been packed and will be lodged the next business day between 5:00 am – 6:00 am Australian Western Standard Time (AWST).

How long does it take Blako to pack and send my order?


We aim to pack and send all orders within 24 hours of being placed. Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. All parcels are lodged with Australia Post between 5:00 am – 6:00 am Australian Western Standard Time (AWST) on business days.

How quickly do you process international orders?


We dispatch all international orders within 24 hours of being placed, or on the next business day if the order is placed on a weekend or Australian public holiday. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is shipped so you can follow its journey from Perth, Western Australia, to your destination.

All international orders are shipped directly from our base in Perth, Western Australia.

How long will my order take to arrive internationally?


Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. As a guide, most international orders arrive within 6–15 business days. Remote areas may take longer, and customs processing can add extra time. Tracking is provided with all international orders so you can follow your shipment’s progress.
