How do I earn points?

You’ll earn points every time you shop with Blako. Certain actions like joining, referring friends, or leaving reviews may also earn points.

How much are points worth?

$1 Spent = 1 Point,

Is CATCH+ available outside Australia?

You can view your CATCH+ points at any time. Just log into your account, head to the CATCH+ main page, and scroll down to see your points balance and activity. You can also click the floating CATCH+ tab on the bottom left of the screen to instantly open your points menu

What do I get as a member that non-members don’t?

Members unlock points on every order, exclusive discount codes, free shipping offers, free gifts, automatic giveaway entries, and access to VIP-only deals.

Is membership really free, or is there a paid option?

Yes, membership is 100% free. There’s no paid version, just extra perks as you move up tiers, this is a way we can reward our community for supporting us!

How do the four tiers (Amateur, Pro, Elite, Master) work for members?

Everyone starts at Amateur. The more you shop and earn points, the higher your tier. Each tier unlocks more exclusive rewards, bigger perks, and extra giveaway entries. Your CATCH+ level runs on a rolling 12-month system, so you’ll need to stay active with purchases to maintain your tier. However, your CATCH points never reset, so you’ll never lose the points you’ve earned.

Do I need to spend a certain amount to keep my membership active?

No, once you join, you’ll always remain a CATCH+ member. Amateur is the base tier, so even without activity you’ll stay in the program. To maintain or move up your CATCH+ level (Pro, Elite, Master), you’ll need to stay active with purchases over a rolling 12-month period. Your membership never ends, and your points never expire.

How does the free shipping code work?


The free shipping code is a special perk available at certain CATCH+ levels. When you reach a new level (or renew your level each 12 months), you’ll unlock a one-time use free shipping code. Once used, a new code is only unlocked when you move up to the next level or renew your tier for another year.

How do the discount codes work?


Discount codes are a perk unlocked at certain CATCH+ levels. When you reach a new tier (or renew your tier each 12 months), you’ll receive exclusive single-use discount codes. These can be entered at checkout on your orders, and new codes are unlocked as you move into higher tiers or renew your level.

Can I cancel my membership?


Yes, you can cancel your CATCH+ membership at any time by contacting us. Keep in mind that if you cancel, you’ll lose access to all member perks, tiers, and any unused discount or free shipping codes. Your CATCH+ points balance will also be cleared.

Can international customers join as members?

Yes, international anglers can join CATCH+. Some perks, like free shipping codes, may be limited to Australia. However, if your order qualifies under our standard free shipping thresholds, that benefit still applies internationally. Check our orders & shipping page.

You’ll always remain a CATCH+ member. However, tier status resets annually based on your activity.
