How Do I Join
Joining is easy! You’ll automatically be enrolled in Blako Rewards when you create a Blako account or log in to your existing one. Just make sure you’re subscribed to our emails so you don’t miss updates on your points, rewards, and exclusive offers.
How do I earn points?
You can earn 1 point for every $1 you spend, plus extra points for certain actions like following us on social media or leaving a review. The more you shop and engage with Blako, the more points you’ll earn!
Is Their Tiers?
There are no tiers or levels, everyone is treated the same. All special email offers are shared with every member, and occasionally members who engage more may receive a small gift in their order as a thank you for supporting Blako.
Do My Points Expire?
Yes, points do expire. They run on a 12-month cycle, and you’ll receive an email reminder 30 days before they expire.
What happens if I change my email/account details, do I lose my points?
No, your points won’t be lost. If you’d like to update the email linked to your account, just contact us and we’ll make the change for you once you provide proof of identity.
How Do I Use My Points?
Log in to your Blako Rewards account, redeem your points for a voucher, then apply it at checkout to get $ off your order.
