Blako CATCH+ Policy
The Blako CATCH+ program rewards our community for supporting us. By signing up, you’ll start earning points that can be redeemed for discounts, perks, and exclusive access.
1. Earning Points
Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases through our website. Additional points can also be earned through activities such as leaving product reviews, referring friends who make a purchase, and following Blako on social media. From time to time, special promotions and campaigns may also provide opportunities to collect bonus points.
2. Using Points
Points can be redeemed during checkout and applied towards discounts on future orders, with the conversion rate set at 100 points for $5 off. Points cannot be exchanged for cash, nor may they be applied to shipping costs or combined with other discounts unless otherwise stated.
3. Membership Levels
As points are earned, members will automatically move up through CATCH+ membership levels. Each level provides new benefits, including exclusive discounts, free shipping vouchers, and additional entries into Blako giveaways. The higher the level, the more valuable the rewards and the greater the number of giveaway entries available.
4. Giveaways
All CATCH+ members are automatically entered into Blako giveaways, with higher membership levels unlocking extra free entries. Giveaways are always free to enter and represent one of the exclusive benefits of being part of the CATCH+ program.
5. Points and Expiry
Points earned through the program do not expire and remain available for redemption at any time. However, perks that are unlocked, such as free shipping codes, discount vouchers, or special offers, may carry their own expiry dates, which will be clearly stated when issued. Membership levels are valid for 12 months from the date they are achieved. To retain a level, members must remain active during each rolling 12-month period; otherwise, the level will reset.
6. Program Changes
Blako Fishing Pty Ltd reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue aspects of the CATCH+ program at any time in order to improve the overall member experience. Any changes will be communicated to members.
7. Acceptance
By joining CATCH+, members acknowledge that they have read and accepted this Rewards Policy as well as the full Terms and Conditions of the program.
Blako CATCH+ Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is Blako Fishing Pty Ltd (ABN: 28 688 184 483), based in Perth, Western Australia.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to all Australian residents. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Entrants under the age of 18 may participate provided they have the consent of a parent or guardian. By entering, it is deemed that such consent has been granted. Employees of Blako Fishing Pty Ltd, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must join the Blako CATCH+ loyalty program. All members are automatically entered into each giveaway that occurs during the promotional period. Entry periods, including start and end times (AWST), will be specified for each giveaway. As members move up loyalty levels, they will automatically unlock additional free entries.
4. Prize Details
The prize or prizes for each giveaway will be outlined in the relevant promotion. For example, High quality Reel plus a Blako product pack valued at AUD $500. The total prize pool value will be stated for each giveaway. All giveaways are games of chance, and winners are chosen randomly.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be drawn at random using a digital randomisation process, conducted by Blako Fishing Pty Ltd in Perth, WA. Winners will be contacted via email and may also be announced on Blako social media platforms. Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification. If a prize is not claimed within this period, a redraw will be conducted. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that their contact details are accurate.
6. Prize Conditions
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Blako Fishing Pty Ltd reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances require. Delivery of prizes will be arranged by Blako Fishing Pty Ltd; the promoter is not responsible for delays once the prize has been lodged with a postal or courier service.
7. Third-Party Products
From time to time, Blako Fishing Pty Ltd may include non-Blako products in a giveaway. These products are selected by Blako at its sole discretion as high-quality, relevant items to reward and support our community. Such products are not provided, endorsed, or affiliated in any way with the original brand or manufacturer. They are offered solely as a gift from Blako Fishing Pty Ltd.
8. Permits
Permits are not required unless the total prize pool value for a giveaway exceeds regulatory thresholds in certain states. A permit is required in New South Wales if the total prize pool exceeds $10,000, in South Australia if the total prize pool exceeds $5,000, and in the Australian Capital Territory if the total prize pool exceeds $3,000.
9. Privacy
Personal information provided by entrants will be collected and used solely for the administration of the giveaway, for contacting winners, and, where consent has been given, for adding entrants to the Blako mailing list.
10. Right to Verify
The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides misleading details, or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
11. Liability
Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, Blako Fishing Pty Ltd is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by entrants participating in this giveaway or in connection with the use of any prize.
12. Social Media Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other third-party platform. Entrants acknowledge that they provide their information to the promoter and not to these platforms.
13. General Conditions
Blako Fishing Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend a giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. The promotion is governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
14. Changes to the CATCH+ Program
Blako Fishing Pty Ltd reserves the right to change, modify, or update any part of the CATCH+ loyalty program, including giveaways, rewards, membership levels, or benefits, at any time. Such changes will always be made with the intent to improve the overall experience for members.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up to the CATCH+ loyalty program, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, including any updates or modifications made by Blako Fishing Pty Ltd.
